From Overwhelmed and Irritable to Calm, Focused, and in Control — Practical Therapy That Delivers Real Change

As a busy adult, anxiety, constant stress, quick irritability, and restless sleep quietly erode your leadership, relationships, and peace of mind. You’ve tried managing it, but the patterns keep returning.
You want to feel present with your family, sharp in meetings, and rested in the morning — instead of carrying mental exhaustion and snapping at small things.
With the right support, you can stop just coping and start enjoying your success again. Book your free consultation today and take the first step toward the calm, confident life you deserve.

Real Transformations

Real Results from People Like You
It’s one thing to read about therapy in general — it’s another to see what’s actually possible for people in situations very similar to yours. These are real outcomes from clients I have worked with who were struggling with anxiety, irritability, stress, and sleep issues, just as you might be right now.

Here’s what some of my clients have experienced:

  • A supervisor struggling with team dynamics learned to manage various personalities effectively — reducing his exhaustion and leading his team with greater calm and confidence.
  • An anxious woman became more assertive at work, so she could speak up confidently in meetings, set healthy boundaries, and advance her career without being held back by constant self-doubt.
  • Someone in a new job who overanalyzed every email and meeting preparation learned to trust his own judgment, communicate more clearly, and step into stronger leadership.
  • An engineer whose work stress spilled into home life — making him short-tempered with his kids — developed better strategies, responded more patiently as a parent, and started enjoying family time again.
  • Many professionals navigating major life stressors — such as mid-life divorce, loss, or unexpected challenges — learned to process grief, stabilize their mood, and maintain responsibilities with greater balance and hope.

These aren’t rare exceptions. These are the kinds of meaningful shifts I’ve helped hundreds of people achieve over the past 20 years. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, irritable, or stuck in anxiety, know that real change is possible — and closer than it feels right now.

Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers

Here’s what you need to know to feel confident starting therapy.

How much does therapy cost?

45-Minute Sessions ($210): Weekly sessions to dive deep into your goals and build progress. Once you’re on track, you can reduce frequency.

30-Minute Check-In ($145):  For clients of 3+ months, a quick session to maintain momentum and stay focused.

15-Minute Micro-Sessions ($75) For established clients needing quick problem-solving, feedback, or support during the week.

Insurance: I’m an out-of-network provider. Monthly superbills are emailed for you to submit to insurance, with many plans reimbursing 60-70% of fees.

Is medication alone enough for my challenges?

Medication can help manage symptoms, but it doesn’t address the root of your challenges or change behaviors. In therapy, we’ll work together to build strategies and take action toward your goals. For some, combining medication with therapy is most effective, and I’m here to support what works best for you!

What can I do to get the most out therapy?

I’m thrilled you’re eager to make the most of therapy! Your active participation is key. Since we meet just once a week, the steps you take outside our sessions—like reflecting on our discussions or trying new strategies—really drive your growth. Consider bringing a notebook to jot down insights during our meetings and note experiences throughout the week. This helps us stay focused on your goals and track your progress together. I’m here to support you every step of the way—let’s do this!
