Here’s what you need to know to feel confident starting therapy.
45-Minute Sessions ($210): Weekly sessions to dive deep into your goals and build progress. Once you’re on track, you can reduce frequency.
30-Minute Check-In ($145): For clients of 3+ months, a quick session to maintain momentum and stay focused.
15-Minute Micro-Sessions ($75) For established clients needing quick problem-solving, feedback, or support during the week.
Insurance: I’m an out-of-network provider. Monthly superbills are emailed for you to submit to insurance, with many plans reimbursing 60-70% of fees.
Sessions are typically weekly, lasting 45 minutes, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, in-person (Alexandria, VA) or virtual.

For some, combining medication with therapy is most effective, and I’m here to support what works best for you!
