What services do you offer, and who are they for?

I primarily work with adults and offer two services: individual therapy and neurofeedback.  

Therapy is available in-person in Alexandria, VA, or virtually across Virginia. 

Neurofeedback appointments are held in-office. 

What is the free consultation?

It’s a quick, no-pressure call to talk about your goals, answer any questions and discuss scheduling, fees, and next steps.

How do I get started?

Contact me via my website for a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll discuss your goals and set up your first session within days, based on your preferred time and my openings. It’s that simple!

When are appointments available?

I schedule appointments Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Do you accept insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider. Monthly superbills are emailed for you to submit to insurance, with many plans reimbursing 60-70% of fees.
